Privacy notice

Updated October 13, 2026. This notice covers the painter connection service at painterstemecula.com and the private owner and renter dashboard at leads.aiappnation.com. AIAppNation operates the service. It is not the painting contractor.

What we collect

Quote requests include your name, phone number, optional email, project ZIP code, job details, timing and permission to contact you. We may save campaign labels from the link you used. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive information in the project description.

The dashboard stores account details, password hashes, authentication and security records, renter assignments, inquiry status and notes. It may contain call metadata, and recordings or transcripts supplied by authorized users. Recording or transcription of new calls is not enabled by the quote form.

Why we use it

We use requests to discuss your project, keep its history, route it to the right receiver and prevent duplicate requests. Account and security records protect dashboard access. We do not ask for payment through the quote form. A request does not hire a contractor.

Who can receive it

The service operator can access inquiries. An assigned paying painter can access inquiries within their assignment through a renter login. The operator may charge that painter for access to the service and its leads. Sharing your request is part of this connection service; check the contact permission before submitting.

The public hosting provider processes site traffic. If the operator later enables phone forwarding, Twilio processes the phone communication and its call metadata. Authorized account users may download or export records they can access. Backups may be kept in separate operator-controlled storage. We may disclose records where needed to meet a lawful request or protect the service.

Browser storage and tracking

The quote form keeps a temporary token and saved reference in your tab’s session storage so reloads and retries can find the saved result. Contact details are not stored there. Dashboard sign-in uses a protected session cookie. The site has no advertising trackers, Google Analytics or advertising cookies configured. Search Console verification and sitemap submission do not add visitor tracking scripts.

Storage and retention

The public service uses the operator’s hosted server and private dashboard. Data is kept for project follow-up, account operation and security. There is no automatic deletion schedule. The operator reviews retention and handles requests manually; records may remain in backup archives until those archives are replaced. Some information may need to remain for security, disputes or legal duties. We do not promise a fixed deletion date.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a request, decline a quote or ask the operator to stop contacting you. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask which painter received it. We may need to verify your identity before changing or disclosing a record. These requests are handled by the operator, not by an automated form.

Call recording

Permission to discuss a quote is not permission to record a call. New call recording and transcription require a separate approved setup and suitable notice and consent. Uploaded recordings are restricted to authorized accounts with access to the matching inquiry.

Updates

If the service changes its providers, tracking, sharing or retention practices, this notice must be updated before those changes are used. The date above identifies this version.
